Water and Shark is expanding its team and seeking enthusiastic professionals with backgrounds in
cross-border Legal services, corporate and M&A Acquisition, Restructuring and Insolvency, Estate and
Succession Planning advisory, and private Equity and Venture capital service.
We are looking for young lawyers with 3-4 years of PQE who are passionate about global law and have
experience in drafting definitive agreements, corporate advisory, cross-border restructuring, FEMA advisory,
legal due diligence, venture capital funding, and private equity deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting extensive research on laws of various jurisdictions including US, UAE, UK, and Singapore.
Drafting/vetting definitive agreements and advisory reports.
Leading teams and independently managing client matters.
Qualifications:
Law Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Laws.
