Water & Shark Legal means the legal practice whereas Water & Shark Audit and Assurance refer to the audit practice of W&SII member firms, their affiliates or their related entities that provide legal and audit related services. For legal, regulatory and other reasons, not all member firms, their affiliates or their related entities provide legal and audit services or are associated with Water & Shark’s legal or audit practices. The exact nature of these relationships and provision of the audit and legal services differs by jurisdiction, to allow compliance with local laws and professional regulations. Each member firm’s practice is legally separate and independent and cannot obligate any other member firm’s legal or audit practice.
